The Victorian State Government has declared that Friday 30 September 2016 will be a public holiday in Victoria. Clients should note that the AWTA Melbourne Laboratory will be closed on this day.
This Public Holiday will affect clients selling wool in S14 and M14, with sale cut-offs being brought forward by one day.
The recommended sale cut-offs for S14 & M14 for most locations in Australia are:
- NORMAL priority cut-off is THURSDAY 22 September 2016.
- FAST priority cut-off is the MONDAY 26 September 2016.
- EXPRESS priority (where available) cut-off is TUESDAY 27 September 2016.
Clients in Brisbane, Inverell and Tamworth should deduct an additional day from the above schedule.
