Fee Reduction for the Length and Strength Testing of Mid-Side Samples

AWTA has reduced the fee for testing mid-side samples from individual sheep from $10:51 to $7 (inc GST).
The reduction in the fee for the Mid-Side (Fleece Measurement) Staple Length & Strength tests follows a reduction in the number of individual staples measured for each test. A review found that there was no significant reduction in the precision of the test when the number of staples measured was reduced from ten to five staples.
