The bushfires in the Dunedoo\/Coolah\/Cassilis areas in the central West of NSW have devastated dozens of farming properties with an estimated 54,000 hectares burnt.<\/p>\n
There have been stock losses in these areas but, amazingly, some good news is coming through of stock that has been saved. Many properties have lost as much as 90% of their grazing areas and, whilst hay is being delivered, longer term agistment is desperately needed until it rains.<\/p>\n
If anyone has a spare paddock and can handle a truckload or two that will enormously help ease the pressure these people are under.<\/p>\n
